Do you impose hidden fees?
We are honest with customers and do not include any hidden fees in our services. We refund your money if you close your account within the money-back period.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin and Direct Debit.
Can I renew my hosting plan at the same rate I signed up for?
We offer absolute prize freeze for all our plans; if you renew, you pay the same price.
How is re-billing done?
Log in to your client area and clear the invoice. We produce invoices 14 days ahead of the renewal date. Auto-charge is also authorized. Please call billing for more information.
What happens to my account if my payment is delayed?
Shared server accounts (Web Hosting, Business and Reseller) remain active within 7 days after the renewal date. These will be suspended for eight days prior to termination. Backups are generally preserved for only 30 days. Free domains expire on due date while the reactivation period is approximately 27 days. After this period, you may reactivate a domain for a one-time charge of $200 + renewal cost and VAT.
VPS and dedicated server accounts become active within three days following the renewal date. It will be suspended for five days and cancelled.
Do not hesitate to call our billing department if you expect a payment delay and request for an extension in due date.
How is a cancelled account reinstated?
We normally maintain backups available for 30 days following account cancellation. However, we do not provide any guarantees on the availability of backups. We will restore backup for an extra fee of £8 + VAT. You can provide us with your own full cPanel backup and this will be restored free of charge. Please email billing department for account reinstatement.
When can I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade any time. Submit your upgrade request using a ticket to our billing department at support.jolt.co.uk. Transfers to a different server are involved most of the time. Please contact support for additional information.
What is your money-back policy?
We offer unqualified 45-day money-back on web hosting, business and reseller plans, and 30 day money-back on VPS packages. If the customer decides to cancel within the first 45 days and maintains a registered and new domain name with us during this duration, Jolt will charge a one-time fee of £8.00 with VAT for each domain name.
If the customer terminates after the specified period, no refund will be given. Refunds do NOT apply to dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, WHMCS, cPanel, VPS/dedicated server management or domain registration related fees. Our money-back policy is also not applicable to account renewals.
